Kiki’s Delivery Service
A young witch, on her mandatory year of independent life, finds fitting into a new community difficult while she supports herself by running an air courier service.
Another Hayao Muyazaki film that I adore- and so do my little sister and cousin. This movie rotates around a witch named Kiki on her quest to find her talent and purpose…(witches here quite different from witches that I’ve seen from other Ghibli movies such as Howl’s Moving Castle and Spirited Away). It’s a really light movie suitable for all ages. The animation is good, considering it’s still a 1989 animated film. The story has a heart and the characters are just likeable and cute. Overall it’s a good movie to watch.
